Jason Kent is a coach, trainer and facilitator specializing in change and talent management. He helps organizations find workable solutions that grow both their people and their business.
With more than 20 years of experience working with organizations in the financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer products and technology industries he brings a broad perspective that enables him to deliver high quality results for his clients across a wide variety of disciplines.
Prior to joining Proteus International, Jason served as the Director for Global HR Development and Communications at American Express. In this role, he was responsible for supporting the professional development of their human resources staff worldwide. During his tenure at American Express, he also managed large-scale initiatives in sales, leadership and technology training, and worked with key executives to drive organizational change. Prior to joining American Express, Jason was responsible for leadership development and web-based learning technologies at Morgan Stanley.
The depth and breadth of Jason’s experience gives him both accurate insight into the learning and development challenges faced by global organizations today, and the practical tools and collaborative skills to help clients address those challenges.
Jason received his B.A. in English from Rutgers University where he serves as a member of the Rutgers Alumni Career Network, and his M.A. in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University. He is also a Tracom Master Certified SOCIAL STYLE instructor.
