Before her 20-year career as an executive coach, Cindy worked on Wall Street for a decade and underwrote and syndicated over $10 billion of leveraged and project-based transactions. After Wall Street, Cindy was a Director at Walt Disney launching cable networks and the Senior Vice President of Business Development at a high-tech, start-up: LiveWave.

Masters in Interactive Telecommunications from NYU (4.0), B.A. from Colgate University with Honors in Economics (Omicron Delta Epsilon) and a minor in psychology, Coach University, Betsy Magness Leadership Fellow.
