Claudine is an accredited executive coach, facilitator and learning designer who thrives on partnering with clients and their stakeholders to create bespoke solutions that mobilize their teams and move their businesses forward. She’s passionate about supporting teams, managers, leaders, employees and business owners to operate at their best.
Claudine regularly coaches leaders and teams, and delivers learning to global brands, both virtually and face-to-face. Her coaching style is a blended approach, mixing face-to-face or virtual sessions with highly practical asynchronous activities and text-based coaching. As a learning designer, Claudine specializes in the customized design of blended learning solutions to support the delivery of clients’ outcomes.
She has spent most of the past two decades working with corporates across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors as a learning designer, executive coach and facilitator.
Her clients include Thomson Reuters, UK Civil Service, Homes England, SCS Railway (with HS2 – Europe’s largest Rail Construction project), Tapestry, Colt Technology Services, Oaktree Financial Services, Orsted, Bain Construction, Ahold Delhaize – Giant Foods, the United Nations, and UK National Health Services.
Claudine lives and is based in the UK. She has a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree from Hertfordshire University, a Masters in Human Resources Development from Middlesex University, as well as a diploma in Executive Coaching Learning Design.
