Dan Diebel is Proteus’ Business Development Director, working out of the Minneapolis office. Dan plays a key role in helping develop deep and meaningful client relationships. With a constant focus on understanding business challenges and talent-related implications, he approaches clients with openness and curiosity. He believes that trust is the foundation to a strong partnership and prioritizes transparency, accountability and delivering value.
Dan has more than 15 years of experience supporting a range of human capital management initiatives. Working with executive teams in talent acquisition and management, assessment, learning and leadership development, he has broad expertise across functions and industries that brings a valuable perspective; his experience allows him to challenge clients to be bold while offering solutions that enable their success.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of St. Thomas. He resides in St. Paul, Minnesota, with his wife, Anna, and their three children.
