With over a decade of consulting experience and a decade of corporate experience, her diverse background and skillset make her a versatile asset to clients.
Jen believes people are the most powerful factor in improving performance. She specializes in work that fuels employee engagement: leadership development, facilitation, learning solutions, and change consulting. Whether she’s guiding leadership teams to explore business challenges and agree on priorities, facilitating team engagements to align on purpose and improve culture, or designing and delivering skill development training, Jen brings energy, adaptability, and productivity to every project. Her goal is always to deliver results and delight clients.
Prior to her work with Proteus, Jen was a technology leader at Thomson Reuters. She led global teams solving complex problems, which gives her a shared experience with many clients. She also led teams responsible for integrating people, processes, and systems during the merger of two companies with $11.4B in combined revenues. She also worked at Prime Therapeutics, creating and implementing leadership development strategies and programs, facilitating leadership courses, and consulting with leaders to optimize team capabilities in support of achieving business goals.
Jen received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. She completed her Professional Coaching Certification through the Center for Coaching Certification and has served as the Programming Chair for the Minnesota Change Management Network.
