Jermaine launched his career in higher education before transitioning to educational technology and sales engineering roles. During this time, he honed his skills in team-building, relationship management, and driving impactful results through strategic thinking and flexibility. Prior to joining the Proteus team, Jermaine worked for a leading digital learning and transformation company, ensuring seamless technical pre-sales experiences for all clients. His diverse background in education and technology has shaped him into a seasoned and empathetic leader, passionate about process optimization and client success.
Jermaine holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a business minor from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master’s in Management Information Systems. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, swimming, and spending quality time with his family.
