Kristin is a strategic and versatile consultant and executive coach who unlocks value through swiftly identifying gaps and opportunities to improve performance. She works with leaders and teams to define the action path forward.

Combining passion with listening, observing and 20+ years of experience, Kristin helps clients achieve quick wins while also tackling deeper, more complex interpersonal and organizational challenges. Working with CIOs and operational business leaders, Kristin has led and managed multi-national teams in Enterprise Oracle, SAP, and product lifecycle management programs. She can start at the very beginning or jump in mid-stream to problem solve and drive results. Kristin is skilled at guiding large-scale change management, creating organizational and leader readiness and bringing cross-functional alignment on strategic initiatives, particularly at the intersection of technology and business. She helps define or refine approaches to create reusable, scalable processes and skills that transform attitudes and outcomes. 

As a coach, Kristin is practical and straightforward, leveraging both her analytical skills and emotional intelligence. Working with individual leaders as well as teams, Kristin focuses on context, culture and capability to turn potential into performance, creating more effective executives.

Before joining Proteus, Kristin was a partner at Accenture and then created her own coaching and consulting business. In those roles, Kristin gained extensive international experience; she is a Spanish speaker, and has lived and worked in Madrid, Caracas and Melbourne. She has partnered with many Fortune 50 clients including Best Buy, Target and Walmart, as well as mid-sized companies like Hugo Boss, Chico’s, and Tapestry.
