About Laurent
Laurent Tari is an ICF-certified executive coach, organizational development (OD) consultant, and former attorney and General Counsel. He partners with CEOs, senior executives, founders, lawyers, and leadership teams to help them navigate complexity, strengthen their leadership presence, and build high-performing, cohesive organizations. Rigorous, action-oriented, and deeply human in his approach. Laurent brings a rare combination of corporate insider credibility and systemic coaching and OD expertise – and operates fluently in both English and French across American and European business environments.
Clients particularly value the insights he draws from nearly 20 years of corporate experience – first as a lawyer with CMS and Freshfields in London and Paris, then as General Counsel in complex global environments including in fast-paced tech (Amazon, AWS, and HR tech unicorn PayFit). Having been himself a client of major international law firms, Laurent brings a dual perspective – he understands partnership dynamics from the inside while holding sophisticated insight into what clients actually need from their advisors.
Laurent’s coaching spans critical junctures for leaders and organizations across multiple sectors. In professional services and law firms, he works with partners and senior counsel at firms including Freshfields, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, Hogan Lovells and Dentons on executive presence, leadership transitions – including Managing Partner appointments – and the shift from individual performance to collective leadership. In consulting and data-driven businesses, he coaches leaders at firms such as Artefact on leadership effectiveness, building trusted advisor relationships and organizational impact. In tech/biotech and high-growth companies, he advises founders and executive teams at scaling and pivoting businesses – including Blue Cargo, Pavus AI, Swile, Allphins, and Ascendis Pharma – at the moments where leadership quality, strategic alignment, and trust directly impact enterprise value. In global corporate and luxury environments, he coaches senior leaders and their teams at organizations such as LVMH, Grosvenor Group and ADEO, on presence, influence, and transformation.
Laurent’s approach is systemic and pragmatic, grounded in organizational psychology, behavioral science, and neuroscience. His works sits at the intersection of leadership, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence, exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping what effective leadership requires – and what it means to develop leaders in an AI-augmented world. Neuroscience and the brain are a part of his coaching conversations.
