Leah partners with business leaders in times of transformation to facilitate strategic change for individuals, teams, and organizations as a consultant, coach, and facilitator. To move from existing in a culture by default to shaping a culture by design, she collaborates on solutions related to leadership & team effectiveness and communications strategy.
This helps leaders maintain a human touch and inspire people so that they and their teams are better able to open their hearts and minds to what’s possible in our uncertain and dynamic world.
She creatively draws from 25 years of multi-disciplined experience in marketing and corporate communications, internal operations functions and business-to-business industries to pop open problems, synthesize information and find clarity in ambiguous situations. She leads with a calm, steady voice and guides critical conversations so leaders and teams are equipped and ready for the future.
Leah most recently was a senior director and internal consultant at Thomson Reuters, where she led culture shaping, employee engagement, leadership development and internal & executive communications programs for the global technology organization. Previously at Thomson Reuters, she served in a chief of staff capacity for a finance and business operations function where she partnered with leaders to shape mindset and behaviors to improve individual and team performance. She has depth of expertise leading communications strategy to support high-profile change initiatives and executive leadership.
Leah received a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College and holds experience in human services, manufacturing, marketing communications agencies, and non-profits.
