Paul Erdahl
About Paul
Paul Erdahl is a licensed psychologist and former Fortune 500 executive. He combines an understanding of personality dynamics with firsthand experience as a senior executive who has navigated real business and organizational challenges.
As a coach and consultant, Paul believes the only way to get from where you are to where you want to be is to learn your way forward. He serves as coach, teacher, and guide, helping clients gain clarity on where they stand today while building a practical roadmap for where they want to go. Along the way, he helps leaders sharpen their decision-making and build the confidence to lead with greater clarity and purpose.
Paul believes good coaching starts with good data, and empathy. He draws on insights from assessments and 360-degree feedback, along with careful listening and an ability to connect the dots, to help leaders increase awareness of their identity (who they are as a leader) and their reputation (how they are experienced by others).
Paul spent more than two decades in leadership and talent development roles inside Fortune 500 organizations, including VP of Global Leadership and Talent Development at Medtronic and Executive Director of Talent Management and Organization Development at Hillrom, both global medical technology companies.
Paul earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his B.A. in Psychology from St. Olaf College.
