Who is Ron?
Ron brings to his work with Proteus over two decades of experience working with Fortune 1000 companies and start-ups in sales leadership, consulting, and product development. He has worked at the intersection of digital technology with work and quality of life in manufacturing, life sciences, and healthcare delivery.
Earlier in his career, fueled by a passion for empowering people and leveraging technological innovation, he thrived in the fast-paced world of manufacturing and process automation at companies like General Electric, Siemens, and Eaton. As an engineer and system architect in automation systems and robotics, he implemented multi-million dollar, innovative solutions that streamlined production and boosted efficiency at companies like Chevron, Intel, Kraft Foods, Biogen, and International Paper, as well as energy and utility companies.
Ron draws upon this wide variety of professional experience to co-create with his clients targeted, innovative solutions to their challenges. He listens deeply to understand, and then helps them to find the keys to addressing their specific obstacles—so they can achieve their goals, both professionally and organizationally.
He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer architecture from Brown University. He is a Fellow, in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Ron is a certified Tracom SOCIAL STYLE trainer and certified life and mindset coach. He currently resides in Northern Virginia where he enjoys his family, golf, biking, writing, and speaking.
