Client Experience Lead


Stevie is the Client Experience Lead for Proteus, based in the Minneapolis office. She is passionate about the power of talent development and outstanding leadership, and loves doing work that supports and enables these concepts. Her relentless focus on streamlining processes, removing barriers, and continuous improvement allows Proteus to deliver exceptional client experiences. Stevie is skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration, and is dedicated to lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.

Stevie came to Proteus from Target’s corporate headquarters where she led a training and operations support team. She has over 15 years of experience leading teams in the contact center and health insurance industries, and has worked with clients including Procter & Gamble, UnitedHealth Group, Texas Dept. of Criminal Justice, and Best Buy.

Stevie has a B.A. in Psychology and has completed coursework toward a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She also holds the SHRM-SCP credential.
