Alicia serves as Director of Operational Excellence & Client Services for Proteus, working with our client experience and sales support staff to ensure exceptional client experiences while continuously improving our systems and processes.
She and her team create a seamless flow of support from the moment a prospective client decides to work with Proteus through every engagement.
She began her career in K-12 education before transitioning into leadership roles in educational technology, where she learned to build strong teams and achieve real results through critical thinking and adaptability. As a result, Alicia has become an experienced and compassionate leader who is passionate about process improvement and client success and is skilled at growing and scaling teams to increase efficiency and productivity. She is dedicated to creating delightful experiences for our clients at every point in their interactions with us.
Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French and Education from the University of North Texas and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas State University. In her free time, Alicia enjoys traveling, trivia, and expressing her creativity through painting and baking.
