Malcolm Pickup brings over three decades of experience in learning and leadership development, working globally with diverse and complex organizations to support leaders in building organizational capability.

His extensive experience in leading teams and developing people, coupled with his passion for helping leaders excel in and making their teams successful, forms the cornerstone of his tailored approach in supporting clients. Malcolm helps leaders gain clarity and improve outcomes through focused people development and is widely regarded as a trusted advisor to organizations and senior leadership teams.

Malcolm has deep expertise in facilitation, team building, coaching and change management. He has designed and led key initiatives such as creating corporate universities, global leadership frameworks, change networks and high-performing team programs that shape company culture, enhance the employee experience, and improve business performance.

Before joining Proteus, Malcolm completed a distinguished 22-year military career in the British Army. He has also held executive positions in the engineering, manufacturing, logistics and chemical industries with companies including FedEx, Associated British Foods, and AkzoNobel. Malcolm holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development.
