Keri Reisbeck is a seasoned transformation consultant who helps leaders and organizations turn complexity into clarity. With nearly three decades of experience leading people strategy and change across large-scale, complex environments, she partners with clients to improve processes, build organizational agility, and create cultures where people thrive. Whether navigating a reorganization, launching a new operating model, or shifting team norms, Keri guides leaders through practical, people-centered change—always anchored in the goals of the business.

Before joining Proteus, Keri spent over 20 years at Comcast Cable, most recently serving as Vice President of People Experience at Effectv, its Advertising Division. In this role, she shaped and led company-wide initiatives to strengthen leadership, employee engagement, and career growth. Earlier, she served as VP of HR for multiple divisions—Enterprise Operations, Sales, and the West Region—where she spearheaded transformational efforts including a full redesign of the sales organization  and the integration of five operations centers across 32 states.

Keri is a proud alumna of the Women in Cable & Telecommunications’ Rising Leaders program and the prestigious Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Keri is deeply committed to community engagement, actively leading fundraising efforts for the national Melanoma Research Foundation and advocating for increased awareness, early detection, and treatment of melanoma.

Keri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. She resides in the Denver area with her family.
