Get to know Tina

Tina is a consultant, trainer, and facilitator who enjoys using her industrial engineering background and nearly 20 years of consulting experience to help organizations make the most of limited resources and bring people, technology, and processes into harmony.

As a trusted advisor to clients within the Defense and Homeland Security sectors, Tina led projects focused on data analytics, workforce resiliency, and process improvement. She is a collaborator who brings strong technical and innovative solutions to life to help her clients answer tough business questions and make strategic decisions. Through this work, she’s seen the critical role strong leadership, relationship building, and communication have on the success of projects and transformations. This drives her passion to help clients hone the leadership and communications skills they’ll need to achieve their goals at work and in life.

Tina has fueled this passion by becoming a seasoned facilitator with experience leading executive-level strategy sessions and teaching courses on topics ranging from handling conflicts to understanding statistics. She is recognized as an engaging and encouraging trainer who draws out insights and fosters an inclusive learning environment.

Tina is a proud advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. In August 2023, she became the President of the Greater Washington Chapter of Ascend, North America’s largest non-profit focused on Pan Asian professional development. She was also featured in the 2021 Women Leaders in Consulting Magazine as a Diversity Champion.

She attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, earning her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, and her master’s in industrial engineering with a specialization in human integrated systems.
