Cari is a versatile facilitator, executive coach and consultant who builds relationships, breaks down complex issues to help find elegant solutions, and designs approaches that deliver results.
Cari spent many years as a leader at GE and then Bank of America, building a strong foundation of proven business methodologies and leadership tools that anchor her consulting approach today. She draws on this foundation and adds the additional insights and skills she’s gained working with businesses large and small in both technical and creative industries. She focuses on helping her clients accelerate change, refine and implement strategy, improve structures and processes, and develop leaders who are most effective for their specific culture and organization. In these capacities, Cari has supported such diverse companies as Citibank, Moody’s, Tapestry, Ross Stores, Women in Cable & Telecom, AMC Networks, Rockwell Automation and Materion.
To every engagement, Cari brings a combination of curiosity, humor, focus and encouragement that helps people see and move toward new ways of operating and solving problems.
Cari received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering—Aerospace from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In the years since then, she has evolved from engineering solutions that improve processes and products to orchestrating solutions that develop people and organizations.
