Dan is known for his ability to translate complex client needs into practical, results-driven strategies. He brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every engagement—partnering closely with clients to uncover opportunities, refine processes, and deliver lasting impact.

Throughout his career, Dan has helped drive measurable growth for client organizations such as PwC, EQT, GEICO, Squarespace, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Lovesac, and Bose. His deep curiosity and problem-solving mindset have been central to his success in helping teams turn high-level initiatives into actionable outcomes.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Adelphi University. He lives in Connecticut with his family and enjoys staying active, discovering new local restaurants with his wife, having a football catch with his son, and dancing to Taylor Swift with his daughter.
