Throughout his career, Jim has served companies in a variety of industries, including technology, defense, banking, entertainment, academia, and healthcare, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies including Info Tech, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, GE, Citibank, Charter Communications, University of Florida, McKesson and BayCare Hospitals. Whether engaged in large scale implementation and change efforts, process improvement, or leadership and team development, Jim’s clients appreciate and rely on his breadth and depth of experience, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive style of engagement. By balancing curiosity and empathy with pragmatic, results-oriented approaches, he supports clients in addressing their most pressing challenges—those at the intersection of organizational change and people development.
Jim received his B.S. in computer engineering and M.S. in computer science specializing in machine learning from the University of South Florida. He has served as a Leadership Developed Consultant for the University of Florida and is an Entrepreneurial Incubator Resource for Santa Fe College, a Perth Leadership Consultant, an agile ScrumMaster, and a TRACOM Certified SOCIAL STYLE Instructor.
