Tessa Tubbs, a senior consultant with Proteus, brings 25+ years of experience working with executive and senior leadership teams to envision the desired future of their organization, identify and marshal resources, and develop and execute on plans to bring their strategy to life—all the while strengthening the leader’s ability to caste the vision and bring others along the journey with them.
Tessa’s consulting expertise spans across Fortune 100 companies, family-owned and privately held businesses, start-ups, and nonprofits. She has extensive global experience working with clients in North and South America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Japan, and India. Today, Tessa leads Proteus’ long partnership with Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and serves as an organizational consultant, executive coach and expert facilitator. Her clients include leadership teams at Citigroup, PepsiCo, Marsh and McLennan, ADP, United Rentals, and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, and many others.
Prior to joining Proteus, Tessa was a Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Fidelity Investments, responsible for client relationship management for the firm’s largest customer segment. She also has over 15 years of human resources experience across multiple industries, including diversified manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods, financial services, food and packing, professional services, and technology.
Tessa earned a BA in sociology from Oberlin College, and an MS in leadership and organizational development from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is currently pursuing a PhD in global leadership and organizational change from Pepperdine University.
