Kate’s academic credentials, grounded in a BS in psychology from Middlebury College and an MS in industrial/organizational psychology from Clemson University, are complemented by her extensive training from the Coaches Training Institute, certifications in personality and behavioral assessments, as well as her broad practical experience on the people side of organizations.

Before joining Proteus, Kate was the head of leadership development and performance management at The Children’s Place/Disney Stores North America. Kate started her career at Accenture and then worked as Fast Company magazine’s director of talent where she quickly became the go-to person for all things “people” as the business dealt with unprecedented growth and change. Kate has also worked internationally as a consultant with The Exetor Group.
